
| For more than twenty years, Martin Lutz has advised US and foreign clients on a wide range of cross-border legal matters, including inbound and outbound investments; cross-border disputes; international sales, agency, and distribution agreements; and compliance with US regulation of international trade and transactions. He has counseled Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, start-ups, and government agencies on a wide range of international legal matters in more than 40 countries. Martin is frequently called upon to provide continuing legal education instruction to other lawyers in the area of international law and practice. The Texas Board of Legal Specialization does not currently grant recognition to specialists in international law; however, Martin currently chairs the Advisory Committee on International Law Specialization, established by the International Law Section of the Texas Bar Association to evaluate establishing international law as a recognized legal specialty in Texas. Martin is currently practicing as a Partner with DuBois Bryant & Campbell, LLP in Austin, Texas. |
